Description
In the children's book Talking about What You Feel with Advice from the Prophet Mohammed (peace be upon him), Abdurrahmaan, Saalih, Abdullah, and Asiyah experience various adventures that come to life through the impressive illustrations. Following their adventures, the children encounter different emotions. They learn what these feelings are called, how they feel them in their bodies, and how the Prophet Mohammed (peace be upon him) taught us to deal with them.
This book is written for children roughly between four and ten years old. Through the stories, parents, teachers, and caretakers can teach Muslim children what emotions are and how to handle them. Each story begins with a verse from the Qur’aan and a Hadeeth related to the emotions addressed in the story. After each story, several questions are asked to the children so they can have an open conversation about their own feelings. Additionally, the author has written some advice for parents in the introduction. An emotion wheel is also included, which can be used as a tool to discuss emotions.
This book is both visually and content-wise a masterpiece, which will help many parents and children God willing.
