The series "Authentic Stories of the Prophets from the Quran and the Sunna" was compiled with the aim of reaching a wide audience. The beautiful illustrations and clear language make the books primarily suitable for children and young people. For parents and teachers, they are ideal to convey the stories of the Prophets to children in an enjoyable way. But of course, this series is suitable for every reader who wishes to learn more about the Messengers and Prophets of Allah (subhânahu wa ta'âlâ). The stories of the Prophets are told based on Quranic verses and hadiths. We wanted to ensure that the content of these books is trustworthy and authentic. Therefore, we have used the following works to compile this series: - The Noble Quran - History of the Prophets (Ibn Kathîr - version checked for authenticity according to shaykh al-Albânî) - The Stories of the Prophets ('Abd ar-Rahmân as-Sa'dî) - Collections of hadiths (al-Bukhârî and Muslim) The Quranic verses are presented in Dutch and Arabic, illustrations and maps clarify the content of the stories, and for each Prophet, it is explained afterwards which lessons we can draw from their story. We gladly take you on a journey through history, an instructive journey that tells you all about the best chosen people on earth: the Messengers and Prophets whom Allah has sent to us.
